FAILING LIGHT necessitated slow down and more caution last 8 miles, otherwise this could have been a record effort.
Initially did not intend this workout to be an all-out effort, but positive attitude and conditions combined to make this a maximum effort, controlled and powerful. Total Trip Cadence 6427. Even though this was a maximum effort, I did not go into oxygen debt, or muscle failure, and felt I had it within me to go further at he same or better speed...and this would seem to indicate that I've attained a higher level of conditioning
