PUSHED IT...even the warm-up. Tried to stay aerodynamic most the way...and also tried to keep cadence high...with frequent speed play sustained bursts...trying to push back the bounds of my conditioning, and want to establish a new higher performance state of being. Tired but not winded at the end, which as usual concluded in the dark.
