The Liqui-Fruit Cape Times Vineyard Races, hosted by the beautiful Lourensford Wine Estate, are a selection of exciting one-day mountain bike and trail running races, which coincide with the final leg of the legendary stage race, the Absa Cape Epic.

All mountain bike and trail running races have uniquely designed routes, separate from the Absa Cape Epic route, that cater for all outdoor enthusiasts of all fitness levels. Whether you want to take in the scenery or relish taking on a challenge, there is a race just right for you.

Majority of the Liqui-Fruit Cape Times Vineyard Race participants will finish their race before the winners of the Epic are expected to arrive, so after completing the race, you can wind-down and help cheer in the Absa Cape Epic riders. Plan to stay for the bustling atmosphere of the Grand Finale at Lourensford Wine Estate, which includes a free concert!

Participants won’t be disappointed and are encouraged to bring their cameras, friends and family to be part of this magical day.
