Just wondering, turbo training and winter track leagues are ongoing but there's scant advice on specific excersises. During track racing it's eyeballs out otherwise your dead. It's obvious that this aspect of racing has to be reflacted in training but all too often caution seems to be the watchword, so how does one make the gains other than by stressful intervals, I'm talking club level riders here.
