Le Tour de Bikeradar

Bradley wiggins completed the 2012 tour in 87hrs 34 mins 47 secs. the distance was 2,173 miles. why not have a challenge over this time and see who is our tour winner.run it from say april through to july to allow for people with limited time.all rides count so if commuting to work pedal harder !!!spot prizes could be perhaps everybody must enter a 10/25 mile time trial, announced at will by the admin team or on a must be done by ? basis. a hill climb over a certain height.? once you have clocked 87 hrs-35 min thats you finished, we all end up with the same time but different final distance.what do the rest of you think

i dont possess a gps or smartphone , i just use my cateye wireless and put my ride information on bike radar along with the route maps. most of my rides are workbased except weekends. whats wrong with honesty !! on our parts. if there is a cheat or two out there we cant help it. could i not use a gps or strava off a moped ? i know i wouldnt stand a chance of winning but i think i would try a little harder if my 87 hrs was ticking away, i would be doing it for me. Make the winning prize a token then a prize draw for all who do the time. Should my "twelve days of christmas" rides not count, i could have sat down and made it up as i wanted.let admin be the rulemakers, afterall it was only an idea. Happy riding for the new year everyone!!!!!
