Is it better effect on turbo riding 6h steady peace or 1-2h intervals?? Opinions please,thnx.

OK, what are you looking to do?
If the goal is a mental stress test, ride centuries or total calories burned then do 6 hrs steady on the turbo.
If you want to "get faster", do the intervals.
