The randomly selected winners are andycucksey, mark4art, ChrisSelkirk, Capt Caveman, zac 32, Indieras, davidmarcdiver, rjennings177, wild bore cluff and Sasaic.

In total, 86 members logged over 10 commuter rides to qualify for the second random prize draw to win a Bikeradar T-shirt. This month's T-shirt winners are nellycycle, dave2041, benjudge7, martinh66 and forrest.

In the spot prize competition, the commuter ride that caught the judges attention was Madproforg's 28.9 mile commute home including 1,709 metres of climbing. Madproforg also wins a Bikeradar T-shirt.

Congratulations to all our winners and thank you to everyone who took part in March's Commuter Challenge. To claim your prize, please send us your name and address details via the BikeRadar Training helpdesk link at the bottom of this page.

Anyone else experienced anything like this?

Thank you to everyone who took the trouble to reply.

I did go and see the nurse for a bp check (which was fine) and spoke to a doc on the phone who seemed to think I just overdid it that time.

I'm keeping an eye on the lightheadedness and actually looking at the HRM rather than pushing on regardless thinking it will just pass. It's not kept me off my bike (great challenge this month!) but I've not done the bit of road with my imprint on since...yet
